love your content! I just recently found you on social media so have really enjoyed catching up on life and fitness of Kurt and Sarah! I'm still active but not as much as I was (I'm 7 months preggers!), so I'm really getting into fitness and parenting podcasts for those longer walks I'm now taking more of. I particularly love how open you are, and found your birth experience really inspiring. You did so well! And afterwards in your youtube video, you were so incredibly honest about your thoughts and feelings with that (which personally I appreciate more than a glorified montage, the birth struggle is real!). Overall I wish there were more people who are into fitness talking about childbirth and pregnancy because being pregnant as someone who lives an active lifestyle has different thoughts/feelings to those people who are not interested in working out whatsoever. Sarah and Kurt, I've been listening to a podcast called happy mummy happy baby by Giovanni Fletcher, if you get a minute or two take a listen. it is real and down to earth too. for now, more decaf coffee and more of your podcasts for me, have a great day!

Loved this podcast! Sarah you will never know how much you have helped transform my life. You have been such an inspiration to me the last two years. I watched your videos of when you first met Kurt and watched how your relationship developed into what it is today. This inspired me to really look at my own relationship and realise that it wasn't right. So I ended my four year long relationship and am on my own for the first time since the age of 14 (I went from one long relationship into the next). It is such a scary time but I keep going back to your old videos and watching how you overcame it. Trying to live my best and most balanced life now and loving every second of it. I have been on my own for nearly a month now and I can honestly say that I have grown as an individual more in the past month than in the past four years. Also found that I have an insane love for boxing and the gym so every time I start feeling down or sad I go and kill it in the gym πŸ’ͺ Thank you for being such an inspiration and please don't ever stop doing what you are doing. You two are killing it! ❀πŸ”₯ P.S. Please make more podcasts, loving them!πŸ™πŸΌ
