argghhh!!! thanks (?) for articulating the heart of my frustration. here is the play by play, Congress. what are you going to do with this clear delineation of Drumf et al unpatriotic, unethical, unprofessional behavior? if it's okay this time, does that mean it's okay from now on?

This episode highlights where Trumpcast has gone from being about Trump's BS to criticism of moderate Dems or anyone not pushing a certain POV and/or approach espoused by Slate. I'm out, thanks for the ride.

fascinating! you touched on no fewer than five topics worthy of an entire podcast in themselves. this broadcast epitomized the intelligence of Trumpcast than makes me such a fan. it would have been easy to make this episode a slam-trump festival. but you didn't.

VH, check out Embedded's excellent recent series on Mitch McConnell and Throughline's thorough analysis of religion and politics in the u.s. (specifically as re the Roe v Wade/abortion issue). there are answers -- or substantial beginnings of answers -- to your questions in the good work of some of your colleagues.

Apparently she needs a man to sell her book. This is the only part of her book that gets her attention. She admits she was flirting and having a good time as he followed hey into a change room. It sounds like a bad sexual choice, and as she continues to claim, not rape. It only became rape when she is selling a book. I hate Trump (that's why I listen to this podcast) but I hate coat tailers almost as much. This assault happened 25 plus years ago and NOW she come forward. Go to the police once it happened and be a change maker. Now it just seems that she wants to cash in with the release of a book. PS Trump is NOT a normal guy. To bash all men because of him is just as ignorant as saying all women are the same as Leona Helmsley or Eileen Waranos.

The last couple of shows I've listened to are about bashing the old WHITE man Trump. I get the guest and host are women (and one of color) so they have their own biases. However, as an old white man who disagrees totally trump and his advisors, I feel that I am the target of the host's derision. I have never started a conversation with "as a white man" but I can't say the same about the guest ("as a black woman..") Let's get back to the business malfeasance of trump and his kids, which is why I come back, and quit bashing race and sex (unless you spread the disdain around equality).

CASTBOX, this shutting down of the app every 45 seconds really sucks. I've done the settings-battery-app trick and it still does it. There are plenty of podcast platforms and I'm about to change. It didn't do this a couple of months ago. Please fix this!

When can we expect a similar show on the role of farmers, basketball players, UFO enthusiasts, knitters, Buddhists, or any other hobby/ special interest group? Religion is just a shared interest, nothing more. We're elevate religion to an 'important' level where it should be absolutely irrelevant as is the common interests of stamp collectors or musicians in politics.

misleading title in that the bulk of this very interesting episode had nothing to do with Minus. Also, you're both wordy so your conversation was an exhilarating listen.

hmmm...Ward's book might be good (I am in line to borrow it from the library) but she's not really adding much to a live conversation IMO.

Interesting back story about ther reporters from Buzz Feed but I come to this podcast to hear about Trump's dealings, not the reporters. Without these amazing reporters and their passion the regular Joe like me won't have insights, but it's ther story, not the author that I care about.

I would have found this better to listen to if Virginia had bothered to look up the proper pronunciation of any of the Japanese names.

Trump derangement syndrome is strong in this podcast .... It's astonishing how delusional democrats can get . Especially when it comes to defending pure evil like Bill and Hillary Clinton . maybe its for the best that all these people get psychological help.... lets just hope the shrinks are not political and can help these Liberals get their sanity back .
