Hi Mary I just started and it is wonderful. Question, the last 2 times I end up with tears running down my face. I am just doing the getting started :) is that normal? It is not a sad cry its more like a beautiful thing cry.

I love your podcasts, and your voice is so relaxing, but there is this high-pitched, persistent buzzing noise at the beginning, it then disappears and comes back later. It's very distracting/annoying and really ruins the peaceful feel of your voice and the atmosphere you create. :(
