One of my favorite concepts to teach people is failure. In this episode I'm going to show you two different types of failures and how you use them to lose weight.
Escape failures are changing what you do based on a feeling. It's like when you quit following your plan for the day because you overate lunch. it's giving up and hiding.
Worthy failures are recognizing that even though you didn't get the result you wanted, there's something to learn from what happened.
Today we talk to you about how to accept that failure is part of progress.
