It's more like, "Why can't you get your shit together," type thinking.   People think I'm crazy or bitch and moan at how bull-shitty it is to think amazing things on purpose.   Then, we bitch and moan that we have an inner bully.    Ladies. You want to fix the problem or not? You are going to think. We know that. Let's just start being more deliberate with it so we can get what we want. OUR GOALS!   One of the best things you can do for yourself when it comes to weightloss is to learn how to fill your brain with purposeful, good thoughts.   Guess what? When you do that you squeeze out time for non-purposeful bull shit thoughts. This doesn't mean the old crap goes away. Doing the deliberate, nice talk just means you are at least evening out the playing field.   When you create a goal, you must picture yourself reaching that goal. Let's say you set a goal weight. What do you do at that weight? How do you feel? What do you look like?   Today's podcast dives deep in how to think more about where you are going than hating where you are.   It's a key to weightloss so you better listen up.   I reference the book Atomic Habits.
