The Soapmaker was by far the best episode, yet. And the Chef was good too. Whoever's doing sound effects is really good. The sound they use for bones leaving the joint is absolutely accurate. I used to work in a chicken kill plant. totally on point.

I prefer both original podcasts. way too much dramatic language to follow a story.

excellent series. great voice work and music. frighteningly detailed. post story commentery could be improved, with more focus on the story of the killers and less on social media.

This podcast is reminiscent of mystery/spooky story AM radio of the 50's-70's. Albeit, much more graphic. lol Close your eyes and let your mind's eye set the stage.

I would give a 5-star rating but on the podcast app I'm using I don't see a place to rate

I'm really "enjoying" this podcast and the narrative style. Much to my disturbance, in each episode I feel transported dint the story. There's so much sensory description, I can feel, taste and smell the story. The one episode with the description of the guy sticking the wire into his penis (just typing that makes me cringe) juxtaposed with the horrible thing he did to that little girl made me physically react, I had a look of disgust on my face and tensed all over. It takes a lot to elicite this kind of reaction from me and the reason it happened it thanks to this team's unique storytelling. These stories truly paint a picture of an evil monster of a human and brings forth our true feelings of disgust for them which is all they deserve.

I truly like this podcast it's new and fresh it tells a different story on the other side of things and when I began listening you guys explained so many times that you are not glorifying the killers so I was fine with that and I understand what you are doing keep up the good work and don't pay attention to the haters
