The dough thing has happened before. I remember a story about a woman who had gone grocery shopping, took a nap or something in her car afterwards and a couple hours later the associates inside noticed her car was still there so they go out to check and she’s sitting in the front seat, holding the back of her head. She claims she had been shot and was holding her brains in. Apparently the dough had exploded, hit her in the back of the head and that was her first reaction.

I am pretty sure you mean "manifest", not "manifesto". 😁

Listening to the episode regarding ashes at Disneyland. All I can think about is an article I read on the feral cat infestation at the parks and that these people are inadvertently providing human kitty litter.

At work if your phone makes noise it costs you a carton of beer which goes towards Friday night drinks. It's called a cartonable offense..

A bit too much virtue signaling with this one...."where do you buy birds? Don't! Dont buy birds! Leave them alone!"....*owns animals*...

You can spread human ashes in the oceans but you need to be at least three nautical miles from land. You already talked about private land, of course. You can spread ashes in certain national parks but you need to get a permit from the parks services and only go to the preferred areas, away from angry bears or sensitive flora.

Bathtub gin is not very long ago. Bathtub cheese feels tame.

Wait. Kat is all for an emotional support kangaroo but owning birds and turtles is bad? What if they are emotional support animals?

talking about the stendhall syndrome (sp?) check Mahaili Chickmahalil (sp?) who took Maslow's pyramid to a new level and talks not of syndrome but experience called Peak Experience or peak performance - such focus or moment where everything seems so alive it's like being touched by the hand of God - most his research was with artists initially and used in recreation & leisure services

Hubby recognised this story from a song, originally from 1983, but remixed and remembered from 1994... https://vimeo.com/35857600

Oh my gosh! This totally reminded me of a day several years ago when i walked into the breakroom at work. I stopped dead in my tracks as soon as i walked through the door and started trying to find the source of what smelled like a combination of gas leak/cat urine. my coworker who was in the room at the time asked me what i was doing, and when i told her i was worried there was something very wrong possibly dangerous in the room, she said, "Oh! that might be my fruit!" i was like, Nooooo! that can't possibly be food! and kept looking for the source. she kept insisting that it was probably her food, then explained that she brought a traditional treat with her that day. it was sweet rice with durian. it suddenly all made sense. she actually did let me try some, and i have to say, it tasted better than it smelled. the oddest thing i remembered from that experience though is that she said that to her, durian smells like flowers!
