I just finished reading 131 Method and I'm blown away! This makes so much more sense. I've tried the eating every 2 hours and it just makes me hungrier and I gain weight. I'm excited to get my meals planned and get started.

I actually really relate to this commenter’s situation of not associating with her body after losing weight. It was like staring a stranger and not my own reflection. It was hard to mentally deal with that. Unfortunately I relate more to my body since some of the weight has been put back on. I’m working on the mental but it’s difficult not recognizing yourself.
