In this episode, Chalene talks about food intolerances. Learn how to figure out what foods you have issues with and about the reliability of commonly known food sensitivity testing. Food intolerances often times are linked to an enzyme deficiency. So ,if a body is lacking in the production of a specific enzyme, one may experience a sensitivity to specific foods.
